The chicken over rice is nice! The Kabab over rice is even better. Cause for kabab and falafel, they re-fry them before putting in your plate, which adds two minutes of wait but you get to eat it hot and crispy!
If you haven't tried this place yet, you are missing out. The flavor you get in every bite is amazing! I typically don't go out for lunch and it just so happens I came in here to order the nuggets and fries for my daughter. I hesitated in placing an order, but so glad that I did order the gyro over rice. I was hooked! That was last week. I needed some comfort food today and my first thought was to come back here. I tried the combo and the chicken is so good. The flavor of the rice to the spiciness of everything, you will not be disappointed. You can't go wrong with anything over rice that you order.
A nice kabob place just outside UMD College Park campus. I had a combo platter over rice. It came with chicken which was less middle eastern and more South Asian. In fact the appearance flavor were a bit like Indian chicken tondoori, except the pieces were more tender than typical tondoori, so it worked better with rice than typical tondoori with a tougher texture. The lamb gryo meat was soft and tasty and the cucumber salad with tangy sauce on the side went very well with the food. My only advice is that the food could have been heated up a bit more before serving.
Came in today, ordered a combo over rice. Great price, great service, great conversation. Got to enjoy some nutritious and delicious food. Going back everyday this week and I would highly recommend it to yall man.
Went to lunch with a student who suggested this spot. I have to say he made a GREAT recommendation! The food was amazing! The best chicken cheesesteak and fries I’ve had in a long time. Think I might have to make this spot a weekly lunch stop.
My team and I came here and flooded the place after a competition, this place is awesome. They managed to serve like 17 of us and other customers coming in at a great pace, and the food was delicious. I hope I get the chance to come again. Thank you!
